just saw my ex for the first time, after almost 2 years. she gave me an item that was mine and I gave her some clothes of hers that I still had around. I feel at peace with those gone. I am feeling so blessed that I don’t have those strong emotions for her anymore. It was strange to hear her voice but I don’t feel my heart break or hear my mind race. Ready to move on
