WELL, this ended up being a longer explanation than I anticipated but when it comes to “nintana, y/n?" my answer is yes with an if and no with a but.I’m super aromantic, so 9 times out of 10 my ships are not romantic in the way that saying so would be implied to/by most people; if I’m romantically shipping someones, I specifically say “I romantically ship these someones" because romance is never my standard for ships.So naw i don’t (romantically) ship ninten/anaHOWEVER, for me the word “ship” implies a relationship that is deeper than friendship. When I say “I ship them,” I’m saying that these characters passionately care for each other with a platonic closeness so vivid that it can hardly even be compared to that of a dear friend or a familial bond.So yeah I do ship ninten/ana, but it’s actually a trio of ninten/lloyd/ana cause all three of them are at that level of affection and devotion together with each other, all while havin’ no romantic feelings in their mix at all.
