How Iβm currently giving this cold a run for its money. I started a new nightly routine Sunday and has helped tremendously already. One - it helps me wind down for bed so my mind isnβt racing and two - itβs helping me stay healthy. β¨ My current home remedy: @tradmedicinals Gypsy Cold Care tea with Raw honey from Safford, Az. @simplejaneco Plain Jane Roller. @younglivingeo R.C. Essential oil roller. And my Himalayan salt rock. Still working out the kinks in my nightly routine(like going to bed on time). Hoping to get it down to a science soon. Until then I will enjoy my tea and oils. βοΈ What are you doing to take care of yourself? Besides this, Iβve been decluttering and letting go of items that were hindering my mental health(and were taking up too much space in our home especially now that Emβs is crawling EVERYWHERE) Things Iβve had for over a decade and just kept a hold of because I could βfind a useβ for them or βI can still use thisβ when in reality it was collecting dust or becoming a catch all for laundry and was causing more stress then what was needed. Some sentimental things that I had to talk myself into getting rid of for months. As painful as it was to see these items go, I feel so much better now that they are gone.
