C:  “Walter and Doctor Wells will be monitoring your energy output while Caitlin monitors your vitals.” … . B:  “I know I could regret asking this, especially after the hurt I just saw on Caitlin’s face, but you don’t smile that much.” W:  “Smiling serves very little functional purpose.” B:  “Then at least tell me what you do here, if you’re not going to answer my first question.” W:  “I have an IQ of 197 along with specialties in aeronautics and computer coding.  I’m largely responsible for the S.T.A.R. Labs satellite.  I assist the others on their current endeavors.” B:  “No offense, but you don’t seem the kind of guy who’d work on a particle accelerator.” W:  “You’ve never met anyone with a genius level IQ.” B:  “So what?  You don’t smile because you’re too focused on something else to bother?” W:  -slowly straightens up-  “I have struggled my whole life against those people who have lesser minds than my own.  Not because I’m better, but because none of you can think as fast as I can.  No one else, until S.T.A.R. Labs and the particle accelerator.  It was my career; it was my life.  And now it doesn’t exist and all of my colleagues have either left or they stay out of loyalty and obligation.  I don’t know you.  So no, Barry Allen, I don’t smile that often.  And you’re not one of the people who gets to ask me if I’m okay.”
