Legendary repiold zero

Elaine mentions that Billie looks familiar. This might mean that she has met Arthur, considering how much Billie looks like him. However, we know that Elaine is 28, and would have been 12/13 when Arthur disapeared.

From Scrimshaws song we know that Elaine lost her family in a giant fire, in wich a whole city burned down. All of this happened when Elaine was still very young, so Arthur was definately still around at the time.

I stronly suspect that Aristotle and Arthur were there when the fire happened, considering there were/are hero's. They might have helped put the fire out, and rescued people from burning buildings. More specificly, I think Arthur was the one who saved Elaine's life that day, wich might explain why she recognised Billie's face.

Now the lines right before and after that:

- In all my days charging the sea, land after land, decimating crew after crew, only once have I come across something as powerfull as you. But then, I saw you.

-I know you have it. I need it.

This is clearly refering to Billie's magic. But what would elaine need it for? She's clearly quite powerfull herself. Consider the possibility of foul play involved in the fire. I think Elaine is out for revenge against the arsonist Dimitri.
