alrighty so to get it out of the way, here are my main projects(biggest projects that i like actually maintain regularly, i have a few others but they're much smaller and there's a good chance i forget about them for months on end, if not abandon them), they are basically the reason i live, i love the hell outta these things and think about them CONSTANTLY

Main Projects

P. Metamorphosis:

Metamorphosis is a fantasy setting with the main Earth Analog being "Solesh", different planet with a different system, but with very similar life(of course some novel organisms call it home but shush). While most of my focus is the planet of Solesh there are other planets and even other dimensions that are explored to some degree(mostly the dimensions), while techically there are a near infinite amount of dimensions I am only focusing on a local cluster of 10(9?). Expect your usual fantasy stuff but with a heavy dosing of speculative evolution thrown in, just made more dramatic/fantastical with the presence of extradimensional entities and of course magic.

P. Ouroboros:

Ouroboros is a scifi setting focused in the Milky Way galaxy(not that things from outside won't be touched on, just a whole galaxy is more than enough to play with), what I mostly play around with in Ouroboros is different aliens with unique bodyplans and behaviors and what that means for their societies, I like experimenting with my xenobiological children. There are grander narratives at play in the setting but that isn't really the main focus, it's a background element that exists basically to make it not an anthology, not that there's anything wrong with antholgies, I just like there to be some element of direction even if it doesn't particularly matter to individual characters. Despite it being a scifi setting don't expect it to be dystopian or overly bleak, while it does touch a bit on those types of societies overall most societies are funneled in a positive direction of peace, uquality, and sustainability, this does include humanity within the setting. (really felt the need to clarify that cause.. i kinda hate the whole dystopian scifi trope, it has its place but it ain't for me.. i'm tired boss, give me a break)

P. Discord:

Discord is.. a setting alright. It is fantasy but it takes itself far less seriously compared to Metamorphosis. It is a bunch of ideas thrown together into a setting that is basically an alternate reality of our world where frankly a bunch of ridiculous stuff occured(even more than our own world), it mostly works to bring creatures and entities from mythlologies and such to life, making them into real things that exist in-universe, usually with some manner of out of left field twist. A few original things do exist but a majority is just reimagined. Expect it to be ridiculous, that's it. I mean I guess there is some lore and like a serious enough storyline to follow through, but yeah.

I am Meep, refer to me as such or any other variation(Meepus or even Gleepus), I go by any pronouns however with people I'm not close with I'd prefer you refer to me as they/it, I'm fine with he/him as it's what i was for a majority of existing and only those close get to call me she/her If the pronouns weren't enough to clue you in, I am very much part of the LGBTQIA+ community, I'm a genderfluid pansexual, currently I have a boyfriend whom I'm very gay for and love dearly.

If you're homophobic, racist, sexist, or other such hateful/stupid things, kindly get lost and never return <3 My works are not for you and I don't wish to entertain you, only stay if you intend to change. You likely wouldn't even find my settings to suit your bigoted tastes as they feature: Characters who are very openly not heterosexual, Entire species whom do not conform to the binary system of gender nor sex(i mean ours doesn't either but like extra so), Interspecies relations, and generally very open and accepting societies as I do genuinely believe that's the most reasonable direction for any society to head towards with enough time. So it's not something you'd be able to really avoid within my settings, so suck it. >:3

yes and no i mostly compared them to that variety of immune cell to explain how they function rather than what their function is

i'm sure they could be useful against magical pathogens, don't get me wrong, but that'd be more of a happy byproduct, instead they're mostly there cause "magic be useful"

it works a bit differently depending on species, what i described is most accurate to how humas develop their individual range of spells and it's like "evolutionary focus" so to speak is to increase the diversity of spells available to the social group, so while Prug has fire magic Ell has healing magic, so on and so forth. other species that are less social or "behaviorially complex" will tend to have a few preinstalled spells their cells gravitate towards with variation being rarer

as for vaccines to enhance certain types of magic.. that'd actually work in fact it already happens to a degree naturally, either the baby while gestating in the mother will have some of the mother's cells tranfer over, often including certain types of spells that the child will be able to develop more easily(so magic is kinda transferred generationally), or from your diet as some of the microstructures from whatever organism you're eating might end up becoming incorporated into your body(unfortunately cause food often lacks enough living/healthy cells the only way to maintain these structures is to replace them with more from your diet)

if you had told me 6 years ago when i made my fantasy project that i'd be detailing the cellular intricacies of magic, i wouldn't have believed you

Titans are powerful creatures originating in the space between dimensions they were the first inhabitants of Solesh, colonizing and clinging to it like bacteria would to a crumb

there were several hundred thousand that ended up colonizing the virgin planet before the mass slaughter of them to make way for divine rule, a majority being slain with what remained being trapped in prisons or deep slumber

surprisingly the native life of Solesh would develop during the reign of the Titans despite the chaos and destruction said Titans brought
