I've always thought that "being treated" in terms of mental illness and trauma meant quelling the storm inside you. That's not really it though, huh.

if you're sleepy in the morning it's possible to wake yourself up by singing. possible, that is. it is not a guarantee. as i can attest.

Today at work I pretended to be someone who needed an energy drink and I think my coworkers thought I smoked weed.

I sing outside because I'm too shy to do it around people.
