Cassandra does technically fit all our requirements for meat wall considering our others posts including Silent Hill enemies which (though in different context and hardly as glamourous), physically are the same; flesh splayed on a rack/hanger. In cases of size being a determining factor, we argue Cassandra is large enough to be a functional wall or partition in an environment. At no point are the characters able to walk through her or lunge over her (in her current form). For that reason something like adipose, for example, while composed of human material, could not be meat wall unless stacked atop each other and taking up enough space to be physically impassible.

We are currently working to make a more comprehensive definition for meat wall in the case of characters, video game enemies, and objects. Feel free to continue to dispute this, and any other post of ours, since it is a work in progress and we value audience opinion. Thank you for your dedication.

This proposes a clarification to what constitutes as defined Meat Wall. Scale, shape, composition, and whether it is an impassable object within the media must be considered factors in determining validity. However, simply being comprised of organic matter and taking up volume that cannot be passed through isn’t the only factor of what makes something meat wall; by that logic all living things are meat wall- so I’d say its a stretch to call Biter Nests meat wall. In the physical sense, made of meat? Well, made of some organic material. Wall? Not exactly vertically postured or tall enough to constitute a wall, and not taking up enough floor space to be considered part of the ground.

Admin Verdict : Not Meat Wall.

Though only one admin can respond to a submission at a time, all three of us convene to determine and research the details of submissions. We’ll try our hardest to determine whether something is meatwall or meatwall adjacent- but may not always be completely accurate.

Context and in game lore available through wikis and gameplay is usually what we use to determine whether something is meatwall.

For example, it’s easy to assume anything that appears as meatwall is probably meatwall if it’s in a horror game or movie. If outside that, or otherwise in a piece of media that doesn’t have typical horror elements or gore, we may try to get more solid proof that it’s intentional.

Some things are meatwall sheerly because of looks; (blood, viscera, including eyes, mouths, orifices, body parts, or bones, seemingly alive or moving, etc)

For cases where we’re lacking in proper lore for a media that would substanically proove or disprove a meatwall ruling, please let us know, and we’ll correct the error. If something is indeterminate meat wall, we’ll host a poll and let you all vote.

P.S. Yes, we know how silly it looks when we post something that’s CLEARLY meat wall, or literally called meat wall in the media it’s from and say it’s meat wall. But that’s kind of the point of our blog. If we missed out on Meat Wall Mausoleum from Meat Wall Simulator 14 that would really make us look unprofessional.
