It’s been a while... A long while. So here’s an update!

-I had brain surgery on Nov. 6th, 2019 -Started radiation / chemo from late Jan. - Feb. 2020 -Completed radiation middle of March / stopped chemo -Did several MRIs, each more promising than the last. -Latest MRI showed 0 cancer left on my brain on Aug. 17th, 2020! -I’m still doing physical therapy.

Cayde was having an absolute ball with Crimson Days. Between the thrill of the Crucible and the candy, it often became difficult to find the Hunter Vanguard. He was everywhere and nowhere all at the same time; bouncing off the walls and acting at though the sugar was actually giving him a rush. For some it was annoying, others got a kick out of it, and everything in between.

When Teshin found the Exo, he’d finally managed to stand still long enough for the interaction to happen. Blue optics trailed from the warrior’s hands to his partially covered face with raised eyebrow plating before an excited ‘ EEEEEEEEEEEE! ’ sound erupted from his throat.

“you can jump higher than i can, faster. so i insist.” she’s going to step backwards yet again, to move behind cayde. gloved hands push him forward. hive magic is one of her (many) specialties, but that doesn’t make them any less gross. “besides, aren’t you the big, bad hunter? show me what you can do, oh great cayde-6!”

     “ You know… I honestly haven’t tried yet. He values his personal space and, well, I tend to invade it a lot but like, it comes right back. I think going that far might be a bit too much considering all I tend to do is pat him on the shoulder or the occasional accepted hug. ‘Respect Teshin a lot, great guy. Think I should try? I don’t know if he’s into Exos. “

      That…actually earned a smirk. How peculiar this omnic could be. None like any she’d seen before. Perhaps that why Satya is drawn to him. Unpredictable, cocky but with skills to back it up– Cayde-6 was something of a marvel. Though, to admit it would boost that overly inflated ego and no one sane could take any more. 

       “If you’re finished I believe our immediate future would like us to continue and not linger.” she didn’t wait after that and continued walking. 

    “ Righty-o! “

Cayde-6 was a man of simple pleasures and comedic values, he needed someone like her to dive him direction That isn’t to say he can’t make his own decisions, oh no, it is merely a means of applying those skills to something more. He could carry on for years as nothing more than a bounty hunter or establish himself in a much better paying job. Either of which were promising but Satya made working with Vishkar worth the headache its stuffy staff and employers gave him.
