Demonstrates knowledge of ethical principles and follows guidelines for resolving dilemmas
Chooses one theory to practice for mastery in advising scenarios while simultaneously becoming more comfortable with student development theories as a wholeÂ

Uses resources and supervisors to obtain unknown information
