Because sometimes. Just sometimes. You just want to do a quick and dirty colouring over an old doodle of your ESO Nightblade and her Warden wife that you made specifically for Women's Day. Because... I don't know. Why not.

Late as all hells because life just.... finds a way, I suppose. But happy belated Mermay with the sole fishtail representation of Touhou in the form of #wakasagihime who I have... honestly not tried drawing since the demo for Touhou 14 dropped 😂

The initial sketch for this one was something I made for last year's mermay, but then somehow just... forgot about. So I figured that with limited time of this year I'd just clean this one up a bit instead.......... and then still missed the month regardless (though that's just because I lost track of the days and missed that it's already June now; I swear I am a functional adult being).

I've decided to finally update Ivael's portrait/token on roll20 for the campaign, since I have still been using the very first rough idea sketch (the last picture in this set), even though it's been almost 6 years at this point. This said, my hands (or, well, nerves) are still in no condition for a properly cleaned up, nice portrait. So I instead have settled on just doing a (very) quick and (even more) dirty colouring over an old doodle of her I made for the #lilyofthevalley day a couple years back instead during tonight's game.

So. Yeah. There you have it.

I had been hoping to have the time to actually work on the Three Little Rogues WIP from a while back, but both life and my health had decided to have different plans for me... so in the end, this messy little thing is the most I could muster with my hands being in constant pain.

So have, as per usual, my #dnd half-drow rogue, Ivael! Though out of her usual choice of attire for once. I figured I could at least pay homage to the dress she ended up getting for the totally-not-a-date with a certain gold draconian out in Greyhawk..... 😌 🖤💛

Blaze

Two years ago or so I have been commissioned for a... song, oddly enough. A friend from a server I'm in wanted to have a recited recording of the Ladies Three poem (well, one of the versions thereof) for his Curse of Strahd campaign. I woke up at 1am to the message, read the lyrics, recorded a rough version of the first melody that popped into my head, sent it in and went back to sleep. It has eventually become the song here, and the only part left was me getting off my damn butt to actually do a cover picture, because - of course - there is no proper damn art of the Ladies of the Fanes. So.

Another late... thing. This pain-to-view was a small, self-indulgent something I have began working on years ago. A silly little idea I got from wanting to someday draw all the queer ships I ended up having with other people, and then realising that Pride and the good ol' June's Bride Pixiv trends are both on the same month, so I figured: hey, why not just draw said ships in wedding getups! And dso... 30 OC ships total. Rest in pieces, sanity. In the end I got overwhelmed and kept stalling for literal years on end, but this year I finally went "fuck it" and... still missed self-assigned deadline anyway ahaha.

Going to list off the ships below the line, since it's.... gonna get long. I also feel really guilty, as for some of them I no longer have the contact with the characters' owners, and in a few rare cases I don't even know under which nickname to look for them anymore. Will try to credit as many as I can, though!

The DnD 3.5 campaign I'm in is now officially 5 years old... so here is to many more to come!

A lot has changed over the time, some party members have come and gone, but the memories and the story and certain idiots' camraderies persists, and I hope it will not change anytime soon.

So thank you, to my DM and to my fellow players: the idiot who's I've been alongside of through this journey from the start, the nerd we have gained along the way and has become to us an inseparable element of the group, to the players who have split off or left and to new one - and maybe one day new ones - to join us on this insane ride.

Since I have subjected Ivael and Vlos to this last year... I figured it's the big scary draconian paladin's turn. And I suppose I might as well just throw in last year's here as well, since I never uploaded it here, I think.

Or, well, it was still the 1st somewhere in the world when I finished it a few hours ago (and promptly forgot in the meantime that Tumblr is a thing).

Just have Ivael's familiar, Yukin'vel, being a silly potato. Because for some reason the idea of a draconic weasel got stuck in my head and refused to leave. Now I wonder if my DM would actually allow this at some point---

I was planning on doodling the Aki sisters for the Autumn equinox on the 23rd, but life has a way of being... well. Life.

And hey, it's only four days later despite everything going on here, so... I'll still take it as a win! (shhh)

Messier than the other two, but. I actually had to look up the character designs for once, unlike for Cirno and Yuuka, plus the picture itself is a bit more complex, so I'll give myself a pass regardless on that lol

....and no, we do not talk about the messed up fabric structure. Nope.

It has been years since I last did anything for the ⑨ day, so figured I might as well do a little something while taking the bus today to places.... due to that, I missed the time a bit, but it's the thought that counts, right?

Since apparently 14th of July is Sunflower Day in Japan, had to honour it with my favourite crazy flower lady~

It has been far too long since I drew anything for Touhou, and there are far more mistakes here than I'd have liked there to be, but... you know what? I spent a bit over an hour on this, I'll take it as it is with how rusty I am (I shouldn't even be drawing in the first place, I'm still dealing with leftover tenosynovitis ahaha---)

At long last, a very much overdue portrait of Karik, the draconian paladin from out 3.5 D&D campaign...

After far too long, decided to give commissions a shot once more!

Long story short, the one downside of my job is that during holidays there’s a high risk of losing working hours due to lack of projects, and. Well. That’s exactly what happened in my case this year, effectively cutting my paycheck down by 25%. So I want to try to catch up to at least get back on track financially.

Spreading the word would be much appreciated!
