This one was inspired by Lucille Sharpe's nightgown from Crimson Peak, 2015. I tried to make the sleeves as large as possible to resemble the garment from the film, because her sleeves almost sweep the floor, without making them move too weirdly with sims' bodies. Can't say I succeeded, but I tried. They still move weirdly and clip with items and other sims' bodies during interactions, but for the most part they look okay.

I went through all the options I know to fix it and came to the conclusion that it's me - I am the problem. It's the way I made the mesh, and, with all the love in my heart, I just don't have it in me to redo it right now. I'll try to fix it at some point, but for the moment, 95% of the time, it's fine.

If you find some problems, tell me. I am only human and might have missed something. Holes, textural, and morphing problems are not intended and need to be fixed.
A few people have requested I make the corset from my mannequin set wearable as a top, and I've finally gotten around to it! It had to be adjusted a little bit, but I think it looks better this way.
Since I have tried my best to follow the actual structure of a proper S-curve, it features a flat front, small waist, curved hips and back, and sits at the midbust. It might appear a bit risqué if you use realistic skins 😅
Also, the bow will become enlarged with bigger busts. There's simply no way to get around this when adding floating details to the front.

Simplified again, not nearly as lovely as the original, but still should be fancy enough for your 1830s ladies - I mainly converted this one because I saw the mesh and thought 'oh, I can style this like Gillian Anderson in 'the pale blue eye!, even though this isn't exact, it's very much like the sort she wears!'
30 swatches, meant to match [this dress] by notsooldmadcatlady (at least, I tried to make it match some of the swatches, since that's probably going to be the thing I pair with this until eternity)
12k poly at LOD0 (high!). This whole thing is ruffles, and transparent : two of the worst culprits for poly count, lol!
A few variants, though unfortunately I still wasn't quite able to get it to not clip with some of the 1830s hairs I have in game atm, might revisit at a later point, hopefully this will be useful enough for now, though!
With certain reshade shaders, the lace looks a bit odd (shown in main preview) , but not much I can do about it unfortunately.

Hi! I made two Regency Era morning gowns about two years ago that I'm now sharing. They are very modest and simple, and can be used for your middle-class ladies and up.
I used mesh pieces from @royaltysimblr and @magnolianfarewell and some stuff from s4s
The solid dress has 30 swatches, and the patterned version has 100 swatches (all from Georgian textiles I found online).
Works for the 1800s-early 1820s and is tagged as an everyday dress in s4s

This hairstyle is inspired by the one Cathy has during the scene where they have a dinner to celebrate Heathcliff's return. It isn't an exact recreation because I started making it the day after I was dragged to watch the film and there weren't a lot of pictures online at the time so I just used this image at first!
This set includes the main hairstyle, a variant of it without the side curl, a hair accessory (found in head decorations) and a variant of the accessory with a little tiara-like front piece because I liked how it looked.
I've made about half a dozen other hairstyles from the film that I'll be posting in the next few weeks as well as recolours for the necklace (from the Royalty pack) and the earrings (made by @aithsims4) shown in the preview.

It's my first time trying to convert a large dress like this, so this was very difficult- probably, I should have worked my way up to such a thing, though initially, I thought 'ah, this should be straightforward' (reader, it was not).
This conversion is not perfect by any means (please read whole post) is a bit shit! but it has got to the stage where I feel only despair working on it, but even more despair not to 'finish' the project so I hand it over to you all until my skill increases to the extent that I can give you a better version of it ^-^ ! Issue 1 : TS4 is not made for such large and voluminous dresses. Naturally, sometimes the dress will look awkward. There are positives and negatives to each approach of weighting large skirts. My approach means when a sim kneels or sits on low seats, the skirt shall clip with itself, but movement in general will be smoother.

On the other hand, high seats should be okayish. Still couldn't get it entirely correct, but it's a big improvement from the original slotrays I ended up with.

Slot-rays were assigned from default (the original slot-rays from weights were fcked up) then set 2 from body and 0.15 forward and up. (please note you will have to do the slot-rays again whenever you re-import the meshes into the package, so any edits you make of this cc, this must be re-inputed)

Changes from original SN mesh : Tassels were removed, lace portions were remade entirely and placed under the sleeves rather than over, generally edited and proportioned to resemble mid-19th century dresses. A ton of recolours made. Decals and other details weren't converted, it's just a 'plain' version of the dress.
