Agent Harrison is just a fangirl of the earlier seasons of the x-files and a fangirl of Scully and Mulder specifically. Like: "If Agent Mulder were here he'd keep going", yeahh absolutely he would. also i REFUSE to believe mulders never remembered scullys birthday hes so obsessed with her & facts BUT i think he has never brought it up before despite knowing her birthday because he simply doesnt know how to bring it up i dont think that man has not celebrated a birthday since samantha went missing and has no clue where to even start (let alone with Scully - his best friend, the love of his life, his cornerstone, thw person who makes him human)

I love tumblr because somehow I can end up being mutuals with a celebrity (someone that wrote a fic that I loved)
