Urdva kukkutasana during open day yoga in Cagliari. Its time to do some demo not show off 😜 2011 was my first trip to KPJAYI, after 6 years regularly visit Mysore Advance poses coming to my regular practice. Its not super hard jump on this level but more crazy is keep this practice. If you want be advance yogi don't forget. After many years of practice you take new asana but practice will be more hard not easy. That's why is not so many certified teachers. Yoga is not only asana but asana is with us always all life 🙏 (at Cagliari, Italy)

Mysore morning class Sardinia at Yoga House. Start 6.00am, opening mantra 6.30am. Why practice should be in the morning? Specially time for spiritual practice is brahma muhurta 58 minutes before sunrise. So many school cannot start class at 4am but 5:30,6:00 it's possible. If your mysore programme start from 7 or more try think about it and slowly slowly change time. Also important is doing self practice before students coming. Then teacher are ready to share energy. Mysore programme Cologne 2017 at Santosha Shala. Today was realy super full power energy. Maybe because @astangi70 putt some extra power for sure and all other students. Tomorrow I will teach last class. Thank you already to all students and 4 beautiful ladies owners of Santosha Shala for these 2 weeks in Germany. Ashtanga yoga tradition. In our life we have always some Guru. First was mother after school and friends. Its very important find teacher for sure. How you can do this? Just keep your practice with open heart and do dedication of everything to Supreme God. Then one day some extra energy will coming to your life. In my experience life was always some special angel. My first yoga teacher was like angel and every next also. Respect to teachers help a lot know more about themselve and life around. Yoga teach how we can control mind and follow tradition the true yoga. For sure we need many years of practice but this is nice. Its nothing to lost just keeping practice and continue yogi life. When I met Basia Lipska in 2007 I remember want be like she and travel meet different students and countrys. This was just dream. Now 10 years later my yoga dream comes true. This year is my small celebration. 10 years of mysore programme teaching and 5 years traveling with sharing knowledge of yoga. Thank you to all my teachers to all ppl who helped me in this experience to all students who trust and joined my class in every place what I visited. Im not stop lern, this is still start of my yoga mission. Thank you and see you on yoga way 🙏🌸🌸🌸
