So this was my shirt situation today. 1. Tight in the chest after getting chest and shoulder pumps. 2. Tight sleeves because my arms have gotten huge. 3. Nice fit in the shoulders with my developing boulder shoulders. Then I was stretching later and watch the video clip to see what happened. Good thing that shirt has snaps instead of buttons!
