Take who you are and embrace yourself.

You are you and there's no point stressing trying to be someone else. Take what you have now and dedicate to bettering yourself.

Step 2: RECOGNIZE TRUTH

Be real about who you are, what you like and what you want to do. Disregard outside opinions. Study the facts and research your goals, in order to gain realistic and practical insight.

Step 3: BE POSITIVE

No matter what it takes- even if you have to mind-game yourself into positivity. Positive thinking is the only thing that will get you through hard times and beyond.

📸 How to Create Custom Cover for IGTV and Reels in 60 seconds ⏱

This method is useful for curating your profile feed. When you post videos, you're able to select the cover image, which will show as a square on your profile feed. This video tutorial shows one way to make your custom cover image.

Have you ever posted a video and the square wasn't exactly how you wanted it?? It's so frustrating… Follow my tutorial to solve that problem forevermore.

Best part: InShot and Canva are free apps for creating and editing content. I used Canva to create the cover image for this video too!

Most of the steps here also apply to regular video posts on Instagram, which don't enable you to upload a cover image. Using InShot, follow these same steps, except add your custom cover as a split-moment in the video. You'll have to render the video once more and post the new version to select the custom cover.

Here's a quick tutorial for you to optimize your profile so people who are looking for *someone like you* can find YOU.

Use the "Name" section of your bio to host keywords by which people can find you. Consider this Instagram SEO.

As an alternative, your "Username" also appears on search results. Consider how you'll use both in combination for your profile strategy.

I often feel low-key ugly…

Despite compliments, I still look in the mirror and see angles I don't like… That said, I can accept what I am because I know I'm relatively handsome enough that certain women want to spend extended lengths of time with me. And I'm intelligent and charming enough to keep the attention of people who are meant for me.

So I can accept my flaws and flex my gifts, knowing I'll always have what is meant for me; as long as I can accept my blessings for what they are in turn.
