I'm rediscovering so much about myself, it feels like I'm a 3-year-old child just learning to stand on my own feet again. I received official diagnoses of ASD and c-PTSD, and for the past two months, I've been actively in psychotherapy. I'm crying a lot about the past right now, but I know it's a necessary part of healing after holding it in for so long. And for the first time, I'm starting to feel a real sense of relief. That's why every time you support me, it means the world to me. It's a reminder that I am loved and needed, and that's the best antidepressant anyone could ask for.
