Three little mice

Fatboy and Sweetcheeks are brothers/littermates,born on the 2nd April 2022 and have been living with me since July 2022.

Snowball is the newest and youngest member, who joined me in December 2022.

They have such funny personalities, Fatboy is the outgoing extrovert and I have mad respect for him being able to always give me his opinion (by nipping my finger), even if I am thousands of times bigger than he is. 😆

Sweetcheeks is the introvert who likes to sleep and somehow always closes his eyes when faced with something new. He prefers to run and hide.

Snowball is going through mouse puberty, plus hasn't been here for too long yet. I am still learning more about who he is.

Mewt is such a baby boi, so sweet!

First time rat owner, I took in 3 girls from the lab as pets and dang, rats are infinitely harder to keep under control then mice! Rats will disappear on you, squeeze through tiny gaps and try to chew everything in sight!!

He left the mortal realm behind to join his brother Fatboy in mousie heaven. Sweetcheeks was almost 20 months old when he passed away in my hands this past Sunday, the 26th November. Unlike Fatboy, who died from rapid cancer, Sweetcheeks died suddenly, I think it might have been a heart attack.

I miss my tiny mousie son immensely. Sweetcheeks was more timid, never had to be taught not to bite me, and always gave my hand a headbutt when I gave him head pats, almost like one of the cheeky goats back in my hometown.
