Brown was a really cool 1930s pulp sci-fi magazine artist. This one isn’t sci-fi, but it still might be my favorite work of his! Which is an odd thing to find myself saying, given that — as longtime readers may have noticed over the 13 years I’ve run this blog — I really like sci-fi art.

until my sister asked "did your boss say anything mean on your last day" I realized I have literally talked to her *once* since I gave my FIVE WEEK NOTICE, and we only talked that one time because one of the two replacements for my position(s) showed up and I didn't know for which role to train her for.

so no, she did not say goodbye or anything on my last day lol. I only gave her a five week notice since she really wanted me to take another role and so she forced my hand into telling her I was leaving
