mOno_ Diploma project Exhibition of the project ‘mOno’ for the diploma viva.

Fine art research on the sensory rhythm of a song by focusing on textures created by paper-folding. Models of acoustic spectrums to make the physical representation of music more visual. 

Panel of results of the activity on the mobile app. Each visual was created by a user listening to a song of their choice to visually represent their feelings. The user first divides the song into distinct audio segments, links an image of their choice to each audio segment, and can then edit each image to best convey their emotions.

Mobile application allowing the user to create their own perspective of music using graphical elements found in the book. Each book offers a different way to see music and unlocks a new activity to create interactive visuals. Here is the demonstration of the first activity based on the ‘icon’ theme.
