Some call them hell bells, fire bells, and spirit bells. For many years, bells have been used to invoke, summon, or keep away. These bells are made to specfiaclly keep bad energy, spirits, and entities from me. How many would make them would be to either summon the fires of hell itself, or if you want a non threat, create the holy fire. Usually, it would be done in a harth or blessed pit. Somewhere you would burn stuff for warmth and light. I bless my harth and cleanse it from all nasty things. I called on those of fire that are protective and keep evil at bay(a.k.a your gods/goddess of protection and spirits of the holy fire). I would offer stuff to burn (make sure to cleanse and purify your offerings) and put it in your harth or pit and then lite. The bells you can buy from any old store or make them yourself. I'd either ask the fire to cleanse and bless them and but the flame (protection) of your respected diety/spirit/ancestor in it or bless and cleanse the bells first and then but them in the harth BEFORE you lite it.
