( So, I took a bit to make this, and every sans has a fight theme, so here's Matcha's! )

Templar knew the Skyverse’s patterns—the gentle circuit of his patrols, the slow dance of drifting islands, the song of the Floating Choir as it curled through cloud and light. So when the music dimmed for a heartbeat and the mist at the edge of the western dock grew thick and strange, he knew something had changed.

He found the visitor waiting in the fog: a mechanical scarecrow, tall and patched from a dozen timelines, denim and brass and the unmistakable skull of a Sans variant. His left arm hung stiff and twisted, wires frayed and sparking at the elbow. His frame was battered, pitted with old scars. There were no crows on his shoulders—only streaks of oil and a hollow, windblown emptiness.

“Guardian,” the Watcher rasped, voice a whir of servos and static, blue lights flickering in his sockets. “The Skyverse… it doesn’t keep out travelers, but I know what it won’t abide. That’s why I came in peace.”

Templar stood his ground, wary but not hostile. “You’re badly hurt. You shouldn’t be moving at all. Why are you here?”

The Watcher shifted, mechanical joints creaking. “I lost my crows. I lost more besides. But I can still see how stories are bending—and I know when a warning must be given.”

He reached into his battered coat and withdrew a slip of paper, trembling slightly. A rune was drawn on it in looping, careful script, glowing faintly blue against the mist. “This is for Matcha. There’s a wound in his soul—a scar from too many wars, too many broken timelines. This rune can help him. It can ease his pain, return the memories he’s lost, help him find the answers he needs to save his brother… and maybe himself.”

Templar took the note, brow furrowed in concern. “Why help us? Why now?”

The Watcher’s sockets dimmed, the blue light flickering as if with regret. “Because I can’t interfere in violence. The Skyverse doesn’t allow it, and I have too many debts to pay. But watching isn’t always enough. Sometimes a story needs just a nudge—one last chance to heal before the storm.”

He pressed the note into Templar’s palm, his servos whirring tiredly. “You’ll know when it’s time to give it to him.”

Templar hesitated, but nodded. “I will.”

The Watcher managed a weak, lopsided smile—strange and sad on his mechanical face. “Thank you, Guardian. Take care of your world. Not every AU is as kind as this one.”

The Skyverse had grown quieter since the storm. In the ship he and Eclipse once built—now moored high above the clouds—Matcha built a home. Here, surrounded by old star-charts and the soft hum of distant Choirs, peace had finally settled in his bones.

He spent his days alone, tending to small comforts, sometimes visiting Weaver for healing or just for warmth—a fire magic that lingered in the air, a mended ache in his ribs. But tonight, Matcha was alone. The sky was restless, clouds shifting, stars wheeling in patterns that tugged at memory.

It began as a pulse in his core—a fullness, a gentle pressure, a feeling as if the universe itself was breathing through him. It grew, not painful, but insistent, a resonance that felt like both fire and starlight. In the hush of his cabin, Matcha realized what was happening: mitosis, the soul’s echo splitting, a new magic forming from all the hope and ache he’d carried.

He curled around the light as it blazed at his center, trembling—not with fear, but with wonder and longing. The glow crystallized, spun into shape, and then, softly, it was there: a small skeleton, eyes bright with starlight, tiny hands flickering with warmth.

Matcha gathered the child close, tears burning in his sockets. He gazed down, awe and love tangled in his chest, and whispered, “Hello, Lunar.”

The name came easily—a wish, a prayer, a memory. Lunar, after the lunar eclipse. A gentle tribute, a silent promise: even when lost, family is never truly gone; the shadow of love always returns, even in darkness.

He pressed his forehead to Lunar’s, breathing in the newness and the hope. In that quiet, he let himself grieve and celebrate both—his brother, his past, and the new life shining in his arms.

Now I need to be clear. I DO NOT support AI. I’m not a hater, I myself think it’s a great concept but just poorly executed. But then, we have AI’s effects on the environment and the amount of misuse of it when it’s supposed to be a tool not a toy. So while I support the idea to be able to generate ideas and then build off of them, especially since it helps those who don’t have that creative intuition that some people have, I just can’t support the rest of the corporate bullshit and other bad shit that AI has brought into the world.

And while I thank you for the ask. I don’t use AI for generate anything. I’m just really terrible at making music. I use a music website a friend I met on scratch recommended to me. If you say one of my songs is terrible just say bro, I’ll likely agree because I’ve been meaning to redo a few of them for awhile but I just don’t have the time or motivation to do so. ( not to mention I currently don’t have a computer. )

Plus, tbh why are you using anon to tell me this? Kinda sus my guy. If you can’t say it like without the safeguard don’t bother me at all.

Another plus if you want to ask for the music website, uh I forgot… because memory recall is not my best function sorry but I DO know the friend who recommended it to me.
