Alya being able to recognize Nino makes the most sense when you think about it. Amongst Alya, Nino, Adrien and Marinette they all really met eachother/became friends when Ladybug and Chat first appeared. They weren’t familiar enough with eachother yet for anyone to pick up on the quirks that Marinette/ladybug and Adrien/Chat share. And as time went on and they actually got to know each other you wouldn’t even question anyone’s identity cause like “I know Marinette/Adrien, I’d definitely have been able to tell if they were a superhero.” So now you have Alya who KNOWS Nino too well to not pick up on his mannerism and without the brief time everyone had where they weren’t too familiar with eachother she didn’t have the opportunity to separate Nino and Carapace
