I’m extremely particular with who I allow into my space and who has access to my energy. I’m even more particular on who I allow inside my body through intimacy. If I have access to your energy internally, I need to know you and I need to know you well. Who are you when nobody is looking? Do you meditate? How is your diet? What are your thoughts, Where do they lead you? Are you awake? Are you hydrated? How is your spiritually set up? Who else has access to this energy? Is it exclusive to me? These things may be extreme to some, but intimacy requires vulnerability and with vulnerability comes an unprotected exposure to negative frequencies and energies. When you are intimate with somebody, you exchange energies. I love myself too much to expose myself to anything harmful. Hence why I’m so particular with who I allow into my world.
