Sarah nodded a bit, ”You’re right, we shouldn’t ruin the mood by talking about the many depressing things but just about different stuff.” She said, smiling at the ground. ”Cats? I think dogs are way more fun.” She said, unlocking the door to her apartment. ”Welcome.” She said, pushing the door open and stepped inside.

Mason frowned a little, shaking his head slowly, "I'm not too keen on dogs." He mumbled before shrugging, "Don't get me wrong. They're fun and some are cute, but I'm more of a cat person." He explained and smiled as she opened the door. He followed her inside and instantly looked around, "Nice." He said quietly, "Very nice." Mason smiled as he turned to look at Sarah.

“It’s lovely to meet you too, Mason..” snickered the boy, his eyes locked on the other male to indicate he was indeed listening. “How are you? A bit bummed the weekends over?”

Mason shrugged at the boy's question, "Not just a bit. I'm completely gutted it's over. Wasn't ready yet." He mumbled with a soft frown before he smiled, "Nevertheless, I'm good. I'll survive. How are you?"

“Yes. Congratulations. You’re learning Mason”

"Thanks Darce. I'm a fast learner."

Duni raised her eyebrows as she started to stand up. “If you’re sure. I’d be more than happy to,” She said gently and then pulled her jacket up over her shoulders a little more. “Well I’m glad that you’re okay, and I’m sure I’ll see you again sometime” Grinning, Duni zipped up her jacket, pecked his cheek quickly and then turned around to leave.

Mason smiled at her warmly, nodding, "I'm sure. I only live a few streets away." He mumbled and watched her. "I'm glad you're glad I'm okay." He said with a laugh, not moving as he watched her walk off, "Bye. Thanks again." He said, loud enough to be sure she heard him.

Faye shook her head. If there was one thing she hated, it was giggling. It sounded stupid, especially when she did it. However, she bit her tongue and kept her remarks to herself. Slowly she lowered her gaze to their hands. It’d been ages since a guy had held her hand and she’d almost forgotten how comforting it felt. With a gentle smile on her lips, she looked back at him. “You’re welcome, hun.” she said with a wink before adding: “And I will label you as kind and cute so you better like it.”

Mason smiled, "I do. I think." He mumbled with a soft chuckle. He looked up as he heard someone clear their throat, realizing it was the owner. He gently squeezed Faye's hand and let go. Leaning back into his seat, he moved his arms to rest right infront of his chest as Georgie placed their plates on the table. He smiled brightly as his eyes wandered to his salad, "Looks good." He said with a nod before he looked up at Faye again, his smile softening.

Faye chuckled as well, rolling her eyes slightly. “It’s not. It makes me look like some retarded bimbo slut.” she said with a smirk. Her hand wrapped around the cold glass and she took a sip of her coke as she looked at Mason from over the edge of the glass. Quickly she shook her head while putting it down. “And there’s no reason for you to be one. You’re much better than that. You’re kind, you’re cute and your smile is adorable. You can kick every assholes ass with that smile.” Gently she placed her hand on his in an impulse, looking straight at him. “You’re just fine the way you are.”

Mason knitted his eyebrows together, frowning a little as he shook his head, "It really doesn't. It's cute, I swear." He said genuinely, his eyes glued to hers. He watched her hands for a second before smiling a little at her words. Nodding, he looked up at her again, "Thanks." He murmured, his smile widening slightly before he shrugged, "I wouldn't label myself as kind and cute but I think I like the idea of it." He said with a chuckle. A smug smile appeared on his lips as he placed his hand over hers, "Thank you, Bruno Mars."

Duni smiled and sat up straight, pushing her hair back behind her ears. “Well thank you then,” Looking around and up, it was rather sunny so Duni decided she’d probably end up going out today. She looked back to Mason. “Well I’m glad you’re better now…Do you need a lift anywhere or anything…” Duni wasn’t exactly sure what to do now.

Mason sucked in a somewhat shaky breath as he rubbed the spot on his arm she touched just a second ago. He nibbled on the inside of his cheek and looked around as he realized he was staring at her. Hearing her voice, he turned his head to look at her again, "I think you've helped me enough today. I'll be fine on my own." He mumbled with a warm smile, nodding at his own words.

”I get it, it’s okay honey.” She said, giving the boy a soft smile. ”Making fun is something I find slightly mean but that’s my opinion.” She said, rubbing her arm a bit before wrapping her arms around herself. ”I have that too, I say sorry a lot and sometimes just for no reason.” She mumbled, looking at the floor as they walked. ”Probably not, you’re handsome so people who wouldn’t wanna be with you would be stupid.” She said, poking his cheek before unlocking the door of her apartment.

Mason shrugged, "I suppose you just start seeing things differently once you're used to them." He mumbled with a somewhat sad smile. "But let's not drag down the mood." He quickly added and flashed her a bright smile, causing his dimples to show clearly. He nodded in agreement, "Better saying it too much than not at all." He chuckled softly before he rolled his eyes at her next words, still chuckling. "Yeah... No. I'll probably just end up with thirty cats in my flat." He murmured, shrugging slightly as he smiled crookedly.

“I didn’t mean it completely like that. But the sky is up”

"Uhm.. don't worry about it. It's fine really. So then, the floor is down, yeah?"

A soft smile formed on Mason's face as he waved back, "Nice to meet you, Caleb." He said and just stared at the boy infront of him. "Oh.. I'm Mason." He mumbled with a soft chuckle.

“Forget I said that…”

"I'll try. So uhm, what's up?"
