im seeing people in the notes telling others to wear panty liners. wearing pantyliners every day is not only not economically sensical (it is not less expensive than laundry or new panties), they cause higher numbers of infections from not letting air through, and they constantly introduce microplastics, PFAS and other toxic crap directly to an opening that leads into your body. your mom probably didnt know about this when she told you it was “cleaner”, its not her fault, but you should stop doing it
