Unfurnished Modern House II

I’m really into building this modern houses! I imagine an open space 1st floor with a living room, dinnig room and kitchen. There’s also space for a small bathroom and the access to the basement, where i imagined the laudry room. On the 2nd floor I imagined 2 bedrroms and two bathrooms, and on te 3rd floor there’s a 3rd bedroom and some space for arts.

This is my entry to Lilsimsie's Shell Challenge, even tho it’s a little late. I don't know if it still qualifies as a tiny house because I don't have tiny living.

Grandma's Cottage

A nice cottage in the woods. There's loads of flowers and other plants in this lot. I built this for a grandma who lived alone before her dougther moved in with her son after getting divorced. There's a treehouse for the kid to play in.

Family Summer Home

Went a litle crazy with this one. Created it for a family of four. I imagined the father was a business man, the mom worked from home and they had to teenagers, very close in age, but verry diferent. This is a house where they can bring theirs friends. 

There’s a room in there that i imagine being a laudry room, but since i don’t have the laundry day pack it’s a useless room.

Didn’t play tested this house and i’m preety sure there are some things the sims wont be able to do. Sorry for that. Didn’t use any CC but you should have bb.moveobjetcs on when placing it.

Riverside Tinyhouse

This is no tiny house and I have no idea why I decided to call it that. Created it for a Sim and her cat. 

It’s in a 20x15 lot and has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

This one is decorated for Winterfest. I created it for a family with a toodler and a dog. There’s no CC in it but there are some debug items and you should have bb.moveobjects on when placing it.
