Hey there! My name is Marzo. I'm a graphic designer and illustrator most known for my zine work and my two AUs: Space Outlaws and Medieval 141. Here's a little about me and this blog:

I pretty much only post my own content to this blog, reblogging other people's content very very sparingly

Onto my two AUs:

Medieval 141 (Call of Duty)

I started developing this AU in late 2022 for very similar reasons as Space Outlaws: I got the itch to draw some armor and decided to use Soap and Ghost (characters from the game Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II) as my outlet.

I'm currently writing a long format fic about this AU with my friends @sapphoaloy and @dumpsterskald called The Shield and the Shadow! You can read it on Ao3 here :)

Space Outlaws (Hermitcraft)

This project began in the summer of 2020 when I got the itch to design some futuristic space suit armor for TangoTek (a minecraft youtuber on the Hermitcraft server). Things quickly blossomed into creating space suits for ALL of the hermits and collaborating with the rest of the HC community (through tumblr asks and discord) to come up with elaborate backgrounds for each character. Multiple people have created written pieces and illustrations for this AU which I'm humbled, amazed, and extremely grateful for. Things have slowed down since 2020 as my interests have shifted, but I tend to revisit these characters every couple of months.

I'm currently working (VERY slowly) on a fic based in this universe called My Reality, Yours. Check out the hub for this project here and read the story on ao3 here.

Trashbard checked in with the comment section on ao3 relatively recently (is December of last year recent? Oof ouch ouch), so now it's my turn to bring the news here: we're (slowly, but surely) getting back into business with The Shield and the Shadow!

My co-writers and I all led very interesting (aka busy) lives in 2025. Being an adult is hard and trying to get three adults together to create something as collaboratively dense as TSatS is even harder, but we've recently scraped together some time to progress!

To make things abundantly clear, I don't know when ch15 will be posted. We simply just don't have a timeline right now -- not that we ever do, let's be real, but you get the point. I can say that we've made progress, though, we're looking to the future, and we have no plans on abandoning our silly gay knights any time soon!

I just miss your writing, and blogs sooooo much!! Sometimes my brain just go: martuzzio, did I miss her notification!??!? Than I realize, I not, so I just scroll your blog to dopamine!!

I know that nowadays you are leaving a really difficult scenario in EUA, and IA thing, maybe it's it??

I'm doing well! Thank you for your concern. I had a really busy personal life last year (pretty much all good things, thankfully) that had me putting social media on the backburner. Or, no, not even that -- more like it was put in the pantry, shoved to the back of a shelf to collect dust.
