Emre COULD be a decent griller but his OCD about food safety makes him cook everything as well done. . . he has ruined a few nice steaks this way.

In 'burns the food' category, both Reaper and Ramattra know how to grill properly, but they burn the food to spite people.

Now onto the veggie burger tier:

Lifeweaver is vegan and hand-designs his veggie burgers. They're the stuff of legends. He can make them either perfect meat imitations, or their own style of dish

Moving on to BANNED FROM THE GRILL:

We all know why Junkrat is banned from the grill. Man sees a tank of propane and is physically incapable of stopping himself

Lucio is banned from the grill because he tried to "roast starbursts" and melted candy alllllll over the watchpoint grill. Winston was PISSED. Lucio's lucky Soldier 76 wasn't there or he might've genuinely been slapped

Reinhardt is banned because he gets distracted too easily. He not only burns the food, he starts fires without meaning to

Kiriko is banned for donut-related crimes

Domina is banned because she tried grilling once, had a mental health spiral about being bad at it, and impulse-fired a few hundred minimum-wage employees during the crashout.
