slowly getting over this stupid sickness ive had & ive finished all of my midterms!!! woooo!!!!!

feeling sick so i skipped my classes today .. got almost nothing done today but sometimes taking a break is a-okay. also updated my ipad homescreen :)

just wasted all morning editing the arrangement of apps on my ipad instead of doing bio notes... oops. anyways here some photos of my lovely campus and some silly mice i drew for my bio notes <3

I find the cornell method ~kind of~ works for me, but only for humanities classes -- I have a hard time using it for my chem and bio stuff. Going in to a test I usually compile my notes with my in-class typed notes to form a cohesive summary study sheet. They're not pretty though, its usually a pretty sloppy sheet with arrows pointing everywhere :)

this week i set up some shelves behind my desk and added some postcards of some of my favorite paintings.. im so happy! but,, i spend all my free time gazing at the renoir instead of doing work....

been making some progress decorating my dorm .. but the amount of posters i own feels so daunting

aaaaand,, here are some of the individual class pages for my fall 2022 notion setup. i'm digging bright colors and minimalism right now for some reason.

I've just finished setting up my notion page for the upcoming semester! I tried to simplify it compared to my notion page from last semester by putting all my classes in individual pages. Last time, I had all my classes as sub-pages within one notion and it was really laggy all the time. My favorite thing about this set-up is that the master calendar is synced with the assignment databases in each class, so any assignments that I add within the class pages will show up in the main calendar! If anyone is interested, I could try to figure out how to release this as a template but I have no idea how to do that...

a look into my spring 2022 notion page ... I really loved this page because it was beautiful ... but it was so laggy! I think the lag was partially because I ran everything out of one page and partially because I used a significant number of online widgets (indify).

This was my desk setup for my freshman year - pretty simple since I just used my laptop. even though my room was pretty small (~90sqft), and trapezoidal, i kinda miss it ... but I'll be living in an apartment with a bigger room next sem and I'm getting a monitor!!! super exciting things

It’s good to be back and see what people have been up to, but ik that a long hiatus means that you lose a lot of mutuals and a lot of followers become inactive 💔 So - what I mean to say is that if anyone wants to become friends, mutuals, just chat etc - feel free to dm me! I’ve missed y’all
