listening to a man break up with his partner on the train and the first sentence I heard was "I just don't appreciate you cheating on me six different times, once with my own father."

The problem with having OCs is that sometimes you wanna read about your little guy being in situations but unfortunately he is YOUR little guy and no one is gonna put him in that situation but you. Tragic.
how some people portray rocky: haha funny space rock that says fuck
actual rocky: *waking up every waking period for 46 years* should i kill myself today? is today the day I finally give up and launch myself out of the airlock?

Marc, when he accidentally fronts while Steven is at work:
And here we have the painting "Mona Lisa" painted by Leonardo DiCaprio, famous for his love of pizza and having a hard shell
Story of my life people. You know what’s real ? The struggle.
Happy Pride Month ♥
this right here is why ‘queer’ is an identity, not a slur
QUEER IS AN IDENTITY, NOT A SLUR
Put the Q back in LGBTQ+
it’s not pride month but i will reblog the SHIT out of this any time. queer pride babeyyyyy
we’re here, we’re queer, and too confused to pick one of those other labels so you better fucking get used to us because we’re not gonna get less messy, bitches.
*advice I was given on how to make friends* "Just say hi"

➤Ares’ Favorite Places He and you Have Had Sex
(Because Even the God of War Has Preferences… and No Shame.)
A/n: If you want something like this for other Characters in Epic: The Musical let me know.
(This was written on my way into work)
Ares is not a modest man. He is not shy. And when it comes to you, the one mortal who has ever truly undone him—he is utterly insatiable.
Some places stand out more than others.
⸻
1. Your Bed in Ithaca – Ares’ Favorite for Slow, Worshipful Nights
Yes, it was the obvious choice. Your bed, wrapped in soft linen, where the moonlight streamed through the open window and bathed you in silver.
Here, Ares was not a god. He was just a man—a man hopelessly in love with his wife.
This was where he kissed you slowly, reverently, his hands mapping every inch of your soft, perfect body, murmuring worship into your skin.
Here, he took his time.
And gods help him, he loved you more than war itself.
⸻
2. Against the Pillars of Their Courtyard – When He Couldn’t Wait
It had started innocently enough—you had been tending to the garden, your hair glowing in the sun, your soft, flowing dress slipping off your shoulder.
Ares had merely walked by.
He had meant to go inside.
And then you had turned, smiling at him, your hands covered in dirt, your cheeks flushed from the warmth.
That was it.
The next thing you knew, your back was against one of the marble pillars, your breathless giggle melting into a gasp as Ares devoured you.
You had clawed at his arms, murmuring something about being caught, about how you two shouldn’t.
But his hands were already lifting you, his lips already on your throat, and neither of you cared anymore.
⸻
3. A Secluded Beach Along Ithaca’s Shore – Because Water and Fire Shouldn’t Mix, But They Do
Ares had never cared much for the ocean.
It was Poseidon’s domain, not his.
But when you stood before him, your bare feet sinking into the wet sand, the waves brushing against your calves, your hair whipping in the sea breeze…
He forgot why he had ever disliked it.
You had been teasing him, that night—playful, something rare and precious between you both. You had let the waves pull you in, laughing as the water soaked your dress, the fabric clinging to every soft, perfect curve.
Ares had only watched for so long before he had you pinned against the rocks, his lips claiming every inch of salty, sun-kissed skin.
There was no bed, no comfort—just sand, water, and heat.
You had been breathless, gasping his name between waves crashing against the shore.
And Ares had never found the ocean so beautiful.
⸻
4. A Hidden Alcove in Athena’s Temple – Just to be bit of a bastard
It had started as a joke. A challenge. Ares knew he was not welcome in his sister’s temple, and you had scolded him for provoking Athena too often.
But the next time you two visited a shrine to his sister, you had been wearing a gown of soft white, and you had smiled at him beneath the flickering torchlight.
And Ares lost every ounce of patience.
He dragged you into the shadows, pressed you against the cold marble, and whispered filthy things into her your, his hands already hiking up your dress.
You had gasped his name, half scolding, half melting, but your fingers clutched his tunic, your breath shuddering against his throat, and you didn’t stop him.
And when they were both undone, when you were panting against his chest, Ares had grinned, smug and utterly unrepentant.
Athena had known. Of course she had.
The next day, an owl nearly took Ares’ eye out.
He decided it was worth it.
⸻
5. The Throne Room of Ithaca – Ares’ Personal Favorite
The night Odysseus reclaimed his throne, the suitors lay dead on the marble floor, and Ithaca was finally free.
That night, you had stood in the empty hall, your shoulders relaxed for the first time in years, your eyes soft and relieved.
Ares had walked towards you, and the moment you turned to him—
He took you.
Not gently. Not slowly.
But desperately.
Here, in the hall where you had suffered, where you had been hunted, threatened, nearly broken—
Ares had ruined you in the best way possible.
And when you gasped his name, when you clutched at him like he was the only thing holding you to this world—he swore to you, right then, that he would never let another man take what was his.
Ares may have been the god of war.
But you were the only battle he had ever lost—and never once regretted.
