Hear me out, after the death of Smurfs first born son in a tragic accident, the family is without a attack dog (and Smurf believing that her firstborn son would die with her.) So she ends up meeting a quite strange doctor who says that he can bring him back, so of course with that promise she funds his research and then Andrew Cody rises from the dead.

But when the doctor who helped create him ends up dying (in a mysterious circumstance) and Smurf without having anyone to monitor Pope she kidnaps the young apprentice of the Doctor who revived her son.

Dennis Whitaker being kidnapped by the mysterious and terrifying Cody family to take care of the "monster in the basement",

Has to learn to survive and protect Andrew from the horrors that his family wants him to commit, and what he's become.

I'm hoping to make some art and more content for this au, and disclaimer this au will be not lighthearted and I will make Pope suffer because his body is not his original body.

So the golden halos are a religious Renaissance thing that I started doing with my own paintings like last year so I attempted it in digital, also IDK how to post physical art and paintings so any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

So like Pope definitely purrs, like Dennis knew that alphas have the capability to purr, but he never actually experienced one purr Intel he meant Pope, and honestly Pope was surprised like he didn't ever think that he could be comfortable enough and feel safe enough to ever do something like that, but after the first time now when he's laying in bed with Dennis he sounds like a fucking motorboat and Dennis loves it.

And when Dennis ends up pregnant with their first pup Pope is absolutely excited but yet terrified, like he's so excited that someone has chosen him to have a pup with him (fuck you Baz.) and he love Dennis so much, but he's terrified of hurting Dennis and fucking up their pup with his blood like he's so terrified of messing up as kid like Smurfs messed up him, and Dennis is so confused Pope seems to be so excited but yet is pulling away from him and he's terrified that Pope might be rethinking everything, this continues until one of them (most likely Dennis) finally breaks and it leads to a very long discussion, but it ends with them figuring themselves out and hugging and kissing.

So like Pope absolutely love autistically rambling to Dennis about animals.

Because one night Dennis was struggling to sleep and he needed something to get his mind off of the day that he had had so Pope just ended up telling him animal facts.

And Dennis absolutely loves it, he gets to learn about something new, but also Pope is a very quiet person like he struggles putting his thoughts into words so to have him talking so animatedly about something Dennis just absolutely loves it.

And for Pope firstly he just likes talking about animals, but also it makes him feel smart like growing up he was made to believe that Julia was the only smart one, and he also just loves telling Dennis things and watching his face light up.

And one day Dennis ends up messaging Pope asking about a animal that he had told him about recently because he was having an argument with one of the girls, it absolutely made Pope's day.

So from there on out their days always end with them telling each other how their day went and Pope telling Dennis new animal facts.
