I dreamt I was in the presence of the Mother of God and I couldn’t handle it, the love was so overwhelming and I couldn’t accept it. I felt so much love that it just hurt, I didn’t want to be loved. A preview of hell?

Dreamt a high school english teacher walked from the alter of the church to the entrance, as if a marriage in reverse, reading a slow sad poem about her experience of God’s absence. After she finished she cried but we all sang her poem and it wasn’t sad at all when we sang it. There was a confessional next to the entrance, and a guy who went to my high school (a random friend of friends) was inside. I talked to him through the wooden door about God, I told him God really is love and the best demons can do is to trick us into not being aware of it, putting a wedge between us and Him… creating an illusory distance. That the only power they hold is in when we don’t reach to Him. He got it, and began to finish my sentences. I went inside the confessional and there was a random woman sitting across from us. She was almost like a therapist. She told me sometimes people (me) focus too much on the specifics and demons can use that as a wedge between one (me) and God as well. I pretended to agree and also pretended to not realize she was indirectly directly addressing me. I suspected she was not a credible or reliable source. The dream ended with me and my best friend taking photobooth pictures as mermaids in an abandoned mall

my best recent discovery has been this community of old homestead prepper ladies on youtube that talk about the impending collapse of society and also show you how to make pies and vinegars and stuff

i like to imagine mermaids not as beautiful rock dwelling playful ladies but more like cruel deep sea creatures that only go to the surface when absolutely necessary to trap prey and drag it down to the brine pools on the ocean floor and suffocate it. at any other moment they are tranquil and perfect frequencies of sound to echo through the abyss of ocean

i dreamt last night a man was trying to kidnap me and he forced me to swim into the a very salty sea where he swam after me to catch me. when I was in the water i lost my shoes and searched for them but couldnt find them and instead found many replicas where minor details of the shoe were different. he caught me and then brought me along with 3 other women to this beautiful old cottage filled with antique furniture and quilts and vines climbing all over the walls and locked us inside. outside was surrounded by pure darkness and he stood out there in the void and began to duplicate himself and would send his clones inside, we began to tie them and hang them from the ceiling with pink rope. one of the girls disappeared and came back to us and said she found a guest room and Jesus was waiting inside to absolve us of our sins and free us. I thought it was a trap and that he had manipulated her to trick us and trap us in this room, but considering our other option was to continue to fight the clones we followed. Once we were inside, the dusty wooden floor of the room gave out and we were in a desert and Jesus came as a wave of sand that washed over us. He told us nobody could hurt us now and we dug our way out to find the cottage had turned into a mobile home, parked in a neighborhood and we looked outside the window and hundreds of farm animals (mainly cows and sheep) were gathered outside, walking in circles, as more were appearing to join them.
