shelnard deserved better

love how Sheldon found it difficult to hug Leonard, but once he did it the first time, it came so naturally to him every time after.

Sheldon and Leonard were the real slow-burn couple of this show, sorry not sorry.

them getting defensive over nerdy things and Penny not getting it (yet encouraging them) was one of my favourite things about the earlier seasons.

i know many fans love the "Leonard and Penny are basically Sheldon's parents" dynamic, but the one where Penny's dealing with Sheldon and Leonard's antics (not just Sheldon's) are a little underrated imo!

like the ability to make me yearn for these two to be a couple even in 2025. uggghh, the missed potential these two had...

even Leonard being in Sheldon's spot in that season...yes, i know the characters weren't properly decided on yet, but let me dream that Leonard was the exception (and Meemaw obviously)
