So... C and I... Why did I become a Chloe and Isabel Merchandiser? Honestly, I don’t know. Maybe I wanted something different. Maybe I was hoping that it would get me out of “Corporate America” and get me to “be my own woman”. That is what I am supposed to say, right? These are the things you hear from a lot of people; not just Merchies like me. I mean you hear this from people who try to step out on their own and try to do “it” their way. What the heck is “IT” anyway? I guess “IT” could be a drive or desire. In my case, hopefully it is more than just the fact that the jewelry is nice and there is a lifetime guarantee (which there is). I’d like to think it was to get me out of the house and get me to meet more people. Funny thing is I have a very VERY small group of friends, real friends, you know the kind you tell everything too. But I think, when I joined CandI I thought that would change (not the friends part just adding in a larger group of well liked acquaintances). Well I am sure it will change but I still need to step out of my comfort zone. So here I am declaring for the world (or at least those of you who are reading this), I promise to step outside of my comfort zone. I will go to at least one vendor event before the year (2016) is out. I will work on creating gift baskets to leave at salons. And most importantly of all I will NOT feel bad when I talk to my friends and family about my JOB! I will yell it from the roof tops! I will explain all the details about packaging and how to care for your CandI pieces and I will do it with a smile on my face and not think about how they may or may not be judging me. They should be happy that I am talking to them about something I truly feel passionate about. I am declaring that I WILL SPARKLE for the rest of this year and many years to come.
