If you are referring to that video in which he dressed as a pirate, yes it was a wig. I also do not believe he used that wig to its full potential. Imagine the voluminous possibilities that were wasted! A couple of hours of teasing, six cans of hairspray and that wig might have been a beautiful thing to behold, but alas, like most things Roy has done, he leaves them half finished.
