I see a lot on tumblr lately regarding the defense of underage participants in a certain community, as well as the underage participants expressing anger that they are not welcome on NSFW blogs. As a NSFW blogger, as well as someone who has come to know various sex laws due to their career, I thought I would clarify some things:

1. It doesn’t matter what the age of consent in your state is. Age of consent refers to the age that you are able to consent to sexual activity only.

2. Even if you are able to consent at age 16 or 17, by law you are still a minor. Pornography cannot be sold or viewed by minors.

3. If you are under 18 and you post explicit photos of yourself, you can be charged with creating and circulating child pornography, as the images contain a minor.

4. It is normal to have interests in sex and kink, regardless of age. There are safe spaces on the internet to seek these out and ask questions regarding your interests. Spaces where you can communicate with other teens, that are well moderated and do not allow adults to freely graze and prey.

5. As a minor, showing purposeful disregard for another blogger or a website’s request that no minors be present on the site (and for some explicit material, 21 is the age for legal viewership) puts the owner of that blog and/or website at risk. No one wants to see awesome sex bloggers get shut down or sex friendly spaces on the internet get hit for having underage members. Think about more than just yourselves.

Not having seen my son for a few months I was looking for an excuse to see him so I jumped in my car with the credit card statements and drove the five hours to confront him. When I showed my darling boy the bills for his spy equipment he quickly confessed that he was recording his fuck sessions with the various girls and women he was banging in his dorm room. He then showed me close to fifty files on his laptop all with different female names.

At first I was angry that my son was violating these ladies privacy until he informed me that they all knew about the cameras. Naturally my first thought was that these women were preying on young college students and I was furious and ready to have them removed from the faculty. My son then proceeded to regale me with how these women were part of his conquest to fuck and record as many women as he could.

By this time I was intrigued and wanted to see some of the videos on my son’s computer and I highlighted the Mrs. Cameron file and double clicked it. Inside that file was six more all showing different dates so I randomly clicked on one. The video opened with a lady about my age actually adjusting the camera before laying on my son’s bed and ultimately getting fucked by my son. I also watched a couple of videos where my son was fucking young college girls and he told me the truth, they all knew about the spy gear.

By this time I was getting very horny and from the videos I knew that my son was quite good at satisfying his sexual partners. I then asked my son if he wanted to make a video with me. I knew before I asked that my son’s response would either be one of disgust or one of exuberance and let’s just say that he was more than willing to make a video of the two of us fornicating.

It only took my son a couple of minutes to connect the recording equipment and set everything up during which time I was getting undressed. At first I was going to strip completely but when my son saw my thigh high stockings he told me to leave them on along with my shoes. I had planned on being completely naked in my son’s video but once he’d requested that I leave my shoes and stockings on I made the argument that I could leave my dress on too, that way it would look like he’d quickly seduced me and I had only removed panties or more interestingly I hadn’t worn any to start with. From my perspective leaving my dress on allowed me to hide my stretch marked and flabby belly which I was happy about.

It’s finally happening. Today, the FCC votes on whether the internet belongs to you, or to the cable companies.

You’ve already done a phenomenal job of encouraging the FCC to adopt rules that will keep the internet free, fair, and thriving—nearly 200,000 calls to Congress have been placed from Tumblr alone, hundreds of thousands more from a diverse coalition of partners, and 4 million total comments have been submitted directly to the FCC. You raised you voice and, holy cow, your government is actually listening. By all accounts, Chairman Wheeler is prepared to do the right thing—a politically brave thing—and enact firm net neutrality rules under Title II of the Communications Act.

If this happens, it’s you guys who deserve the credit for making it happen. So let’s make sure it happens. If you haven’t called your representative yet, call your representative. If you’ve already called your representative, call them again.

It is in fact illegal in the United States to view and purchase pornographic material if you are under the age of 18.

Besides it being illegal I am also morally obligated to ask children to not view my site or my photos. I DO NOT care how close you are to 18.
