#WIPWednesday 👩🏻‍🎨 Final touches with #acrylicpaint and this #woodburning #portrait is pretty much done! Stay tuned to see the finished piece next to the real picture. (And yes, I legit just buy #primarycolors and mix my own colors. 😆)

#TipTuesday 🔥 (1) Tip - For #peopleportraits I like to use the fine #technique I call #LittleSwirlies for #shading of the skin and just good ol’ #hatching for the hair.

.

(2) #Tip - I use my #OlfaCutter #blade to help with my #blending and to bring highlights back into something I made too dark! 🔪

.

(3) Tip - I always have a #beverage handy and take regular breaks so my hand doesn’t cramp! ☕️
