From what I remember tho, it was in a kind of superpower-ish based world. Some people kinda manifest having powers. The bottom had powers (i think it was to kake things explode or something. I honestly dont recall much huhuhu). Then, the top was i think some gov. worker. What I do remember is that they first met in a warehouse when the bottom was hiding from getting caught. Saw the top and was scared but the top shockingly helps him hide. I also dont remember their names. I THINK the bottom was a pink based character, but I might be mistaking him for someone else.
