Question: Were Mickey and Minnie always together in ur au or did they get together later on? I just got reminded of the Minnie in ur au and was interested on what role she might partake to help stop mortimer. What is he relationships to the characters as well?

Hello! About Minnie... well, she doesn't help Mickey right away. I can say that I have a lot of sketches with her because I really want to make her an independent and developed character before showing her full reference and mood board. I don't want to make her "Mickey with a bow." I want her arc to feel alive and so that when looking at the AU, you would think that Minnie had a life before meeting Mickey. This may be a subjective opinion, but in DuckTales, it seems like most of the female characters revolve around Scrooge or Webby. I just wrote 23 old notes about how I see Minnie because she and Mickey's nephews are some of my main hyperfixes in this AU

Young Guardian. Episode «The diary»
Ever since Disneyworld and magic came into Lacey's life, she started keeping a diary. She wrote down everything she learned and everything that happened to her: the city in the studio's garden and her first adventure, the Guardians led by Yen Sid, Mickey's magic lessons, visits to Minnie's sewing workshop, Goofy's Cafeteria - and much, much more. It was nice to finally have somewhere to release the emotions of her new life. So, the diary became an outlet for Lacey.
But every time she finished an entry, she thought sadly: «And they don't know anything about this...». She wished she could tell her mom, dad, and Kevin everything. Kevin especially - after all, her brother had been to Disneyworld too, but all the events that happened to him seemed like a strange dream to him.
Unfortunately, no one: not her brother, not her parents, not even Lacey herself - was ready for this most important conversation yet.

O: My entry for the poster contest for the new (live-action & animation! 😲😲) Kikoriki film. I wanted to convey the feeling of mystery: which of the worlds is real? I also wanted to replicate the style of the animated portion, it's so cool!
It didn't win first place, but it did win a place in jury's pick, which gets me an honorable prize! Yay!

Y'know what... I have a question.
What is the ideal personality of Morty and Ferdie to you?
Like if you had an opportunity to write these characters for a comic or a show and had free reign to interpret them however you wanted, what would you do?
When I was trying to write "Stories from Mouseton," I imagined the boys loving football (just like in comics), and if Morty was the team's strategist, then Ferdie was the hothead.
I also had the idea that Morty was interested in boats, ships, steamships, and other forms of sea transport, and dreamed of becoming a ship captain when he grew up. And Ferdie was interested in films, dreaming of becoming an actor/director. And sometimes the brothers combined their hobbies.

Recently I watched Drawn to Life by Cirque du Soleil and absolutely adored it! Julie is so much like me and her journey resonated with me in such a specific way, so I wanted to draw my own special something to celebrate that! In this age of AI and such, being able to watch a show that celebrates human animation of every kind is so important, and the messages I took away are so powerful- ‘it doesn’t have to be perfect, it just has to exist’/‘a life of monotony is what kills creativity’/‘there is power in love of every kind’…. I could go on, but the show is amazing. I recommend everyone sees it if they’re in Disney Springs! 🥹
Golden’s outfit here is based on Julie’s, because I really resonated with her as I said, but there is one very special detail: the daisy. You might ask ‘Angie, why did you put a daisy there, there aren’t any in the show?’ And my answer is simple. Yesterday I went on the Keys of the Kingdom tour, and my tour guide told me a story that Walt himself told her, about a boy trying to give his mum the gift of daisies. He worked hard in the florist’s, she gave him seeds and he planted them, they began to bloom, but a storm came along and despite the boy trying everything he could, the flowers were destroyed. He gave what was left of them to his mother, who told him ‘it doesn’t matter that the flowers are destroyed, because the love and effort you put in is what counts.’ From Walt himself, those are some powerful words, and they pair up with this show beautifully, so I combined two wonderful memories in my design. 🥰

Hello! Since I was really taken with the posts about Mickey and his "long apprentice" status, could I ask you to draw Mickey as the mentor from my AU? Along with my character, Lacey.
Brief explanation: this is my "Young Guardian" AU, where, by coincidence, a girl named Lacey gains magical powers, and Yen Sid appoints Mickey as her mentor. Mickey learns to be a teacher, and when Lacey succeeds, he's even more excited than she is, seeing that he's a good teacher.
I've included references for clarity.

Meet Mickey from «Young Guardian»!
In my fanfic, Mickey's character is based on the House of Mouse series, the Kingdom Hearts game series, and probably a little bit on Disneyland parks. The resulting image is of a cool magician learning to be a mentor and doesn't want Lacey to repeat his mistakes.
A bit of lore: Mickey gained his magic the same way Lacey did. A long time ago, he also received a shard of the same magic stone.
