Happy 14th Birthday to my handsome son Royal Prince Houston! This little man never ceases to amaze me! From being the only 9th grader in his AP trigonometry class that is full of 10th and 11th graders and on top of that being the ONLY person in his class have a 100 average! In addition to making the honor roll and pushing me to help him start his business or talking about the stock market and finance. He keeps me thinking and wanting more out of life! As much as I want him to stop growing and stay my baby! I am also thankful and blessed that I get to witness the amazing young man he is becoming. 👑❤️😍

Do you ever realize that most of the things we put off until tomorrow has to do with reaching our own goals? Most people put themselves last and take care of everyone else's problems! They will go the extra mile to help other people reach their goals but never make time for themselves. You know why? Well more often than not, they live in fear! Nor do they really believe in themselves or feel like they deserve happiness, peace, joy, a meaningful career, financial freedom, or even love! They've let life beat them down so much that they think "well, this is how life has always been for me"! And do nothing to change their circumstances!! excuse me? No way! Change can happen right now, in the moment that you are reading this message! Don't think about how daunting the task or goal may be! Just take it one step (even baby) step at a time! Life can be brutally unfair at times and you may feel like you can never win! Whether it's someone who may posses a form of authority and can makes decisions that may affect your life in the short-run or you've suffered a major set-back. Never allow other people and/or situations control you or determine your self worth! They do not have power over you! Just because someone else may not see your greatness, could just be God's way of pushing you in a different direction...it may simply be time to move on.... Sometimes you have to go through the valleys and encounter set-backs to find your #greatness. Don't allow those situations to make you bitter! Use them as fuel to make you better!
