KE’TSYRA.
Ke’tsyra is blind so she relies on her other senses much more. Her clan is called Kuan, (Cuan-Koo-an) which is the Scots Gaelic translation for ocean, her people are located in the forest but close to the west side of the ocean. Ke’tsyra isn’t a hunter, and not a very good weaver, so (with supervision) she goes out to gather berries, eggs, and vegetation. Ke’tsyra’s father died by Viperwolves whilst protecting Ke’tsyra on a gathering trip, she was rescued by a group of female hunters that were nearby, she still blames herself for her fathers cruel fate, and often wishes her eyes were normal.
SCOT.
Like the Sarentu, Scot has suffered a similar fate with his clan, the only difference is…he doesn’t care. Scot doesn’t have a Na’vi name, he was given the name Scot on the dot, he was seen as nothing but a super soldier, and was treated like one. He has a massive tattoo on his upper back, it’s so big it’s an eyesore…luckily Ke’tsyra is blind so she can’t see it, he also has tattooed eyebrows to look more like an Avatar. Every relic of Scot’s clan has been completely incinerated, even his song cord was destroyed, he doesn’t remember his mother, his father, his sisters, his brothers, or his clan…and he refuses to connect with Eywa to see them.
HOW THEY MET.
Scot was on a mission with his troupe, when they were attacked by a group of Cuan hunters on Direhorses, Scot manages to escape with an arrow in his leg. He eventually limped towards a lake and practically dove his entire head into the water to take at least six massive gulps of water (killing Pandora is thirsty work), he hears a twig snap when he emerged from the water, and heard gentle humming, his ears perked up as he raises his gun, ready to shoot. Scot eventually saw a blue woman, wearing a feathered top of green, blue and Seafoam green, Scot scowled and yelled out towards her, preparing to shoot…when he noticed something…she didn’t immediately look at him, she crouched down with her ears pinned back, her hands slowly feeling around her surroundings before her nose twitched, smelling where he was, when she eventually caught his scent, she turned her head towards him with a curious look, Scot then realised she was completely blind. Long story short, Scot is captured and brought to the Cuan camp, the Olo'eykte wanted Scot gone, seeing how lost he was from Eywa, but luckily (or unlucky as he puts it), the Tsahík convinced her to let him live. The only reason Ke’tsyra was chosen to guide and help Scot be with Eywa, was because no one else wanted to help…he was too stinky…too influenced/brainwashed by the Sky people…too…human, so Ke’tsyra was the only other option. Whilst it WAS difficult due to her blindness, Ke’tsyra didn’t let that stop her from helping Scot to connect with the almighty mother, it took a lot of gentle pushing, but the super soldier did eventually connect with the spirit tree…and it didn’t start off great, he was immediately flashed with his clan on fire, and his people dying by the sky people’s horrible treatments, he didn’t care about it all…until he was flashed with images of his mother…gentle hands…soft voice…warm smile…then BANG, right between the eyes, it made Scot pull away and scream, it took Ke’tsyra a minute of feeling around to find him, but she managed to hold him whilst shushing him gently. Eventually with a bit of patience…actually a LOT of patience, Scot eventually managed and became one of the people, as for the RDA…they’re still working on that, but it’s worth it.
THEIR FIRST CONVERSATION.
Scot: “Who goes there?!”
Ke’tsyra: *gasp*
Scot:….show yourself!!
Ke’tsyra:….
Scot: I’m warning you, I WILL shoot you dead!!
*Ke’tsyra sniffs the air, her ears perk up, with wide eyes she looks directly at the soldier.*
Scot: *gasp*….y-you’re…you’re, blind!
*Ke’tsyra slowly stands up, her hands brushing against the tree she was close to.*
Ke’tsyra:….hello..? Who are you..? And why do you smell like that..?”
Scot: smell like what?!
Ke’tsyra:…like rot.
And that’s when Scot got captured.
Adding to the roster!
Her name is Txeptun’vitra, she is An old soul trapped in a young body, she’s a gatherer and a collector. Txeptun’vitra loves to dance, and loves feathers, the soft texture calms her down in a nervous state. She’s not a fighter by any means, so she stays in the shadows as best she can, but she is a very fast runner, she gets naturally hyper in situations where she needs to escape. Txeptun’vitra has a genetic mutation on her left hand which has given her five fingers, which in total she has nine fingers, but eight toes. Txeptun’vitra kicks like a mule.
(Tch-ep-toon vi-tra)
(Orange soul)
Txeptun’vitra is the first mate of Ke’tsyra, when she met Scot for the first time she wanted to kill him straight away, but Ke’tsyra convinced him not to since Ewya wanted him to live. Txeptun’vitra was pretty hostile towards Scot (rightfully so), silently nitpicking the way he ate, the way he looked, the way he smelled exedra, which had got to a point where whenever Scot was near her she would hiss through her teeth. Ke’tsyra had had enough at that point, and suggested to her that Scot should go with Txeptun’vitra on her gathering trips…which the orange Na’vi immediately said no. Long story short, Txeptun’vitra still doesn’t like Scot but she tolerates him and allows him to be part of their relationship, and she still doesn’t let him join her in the gathering hour. She’s canonically dead, she died during “The Battle of The Ocean”, where she and her Ikran were pierced through the heart by a scorpion helicopter…Ke’tsyra was devastated when she found out, her grief made her pale and quiet…sure she has Scot to keep her company but…Txeptun’vitra was her first…was her everything….and now she’s gone.
Mourning Speech (after the war and Ke’tsyra got to Txeptun’vitra’s body.)
**Scot** “Ke’tsyra…Ke’tsyra no!”
Ke’tsyra pushed Scot away, her hands scratching the sand, sinking in until she touched her mates face…cold and lifeless, she flinched, her eyes widened…slowly tearing up as she cried-
“Ma Tíyawn…Ma Tíyawn! a-nawm Sa’nok lumpe?! Ma Txeptun’Vitra!! AAAAHH!!! KEHE!! LUMPE!! Ma Tíyawn…maweypey oe….”
