I myself have never being very funny, but for some reason my son turned out to be one of the funniest dudes. At the age of 3 I can tell you he has amazed me with his personality and way of looking at life and that’s exactly why today I’m going to share some jokes I’ve enjoyed from friends and websites through out my shorts of being alive. 

Q: What is superman’s favourite part of a joke?

If you are under the age of 13 I would not recommend you read the next joke, for those that ask why, I know its dirty but it’s just way too funny:

So superman is flying around the city one day, looking for something to do, when he spies something incredible. With his supervision he can see into Wonder Woman's apartment where she is completely naked and lying on her bed, writhing in pleasure, eyes closed, mouth open, and moaning loudly. Pretty quickly, Superman is feeling pretty hot himself and soon enough he thinks to himself "Hell, I have super speed, I could get in there, have my fun, and burst this load in split-second. She wouldn't even know I was there." So, he flies in, thrusts, releases his load, and flies back out all in a moment. Have you ever had a wonderful childhood memory that just made everything worth. Well I have one that has stuck with me for the rest of my life. When I was a child my uncle used to take care of me often. He was elven years older then me, and all we did together was play video games and watch star wars movies. 

I grew up with a uncle that later on became like a father, and is now one of my biggest examples. With that said, he was the reason I became so good at beating guys at sport/war/music video games. I remember his friends would come over to play with him and he would get them to play with me. And of course taking advantage of the situation, he made bets on who would win, they always thought they would, but he had trained a pro and well, I always won.

So when the new star wars movie was announced, all I kept on thinking was about him. And how fun he made my childhood. Some girl have their childhood filled with dolls, and barbies, and kens. Mine was a bit more fun it consisted of soccer games, video games, and lots of arguments that led to fun nights. And how can I forget the movie marathons, and the 90′s Rock music like nirvana. 

Some people have started to line up in theaters in the USA, and others have bought their tickets since October. All fans of Star Wars, but I mean how do you become a fan. Everyone has their reasons, my reason was having a crazy uncle who loved me enough or had to put up with me so much, that he had no other choice but to share all this great things of life with me.

When I was a child I remember asking my parents about why some people lived on the streets, and why I didn’t. The concept of inequality just didn’t find itself in my brain, it was simply something that for me did not go together. 

So one day at the age of 8, I asked my mother if I could bring a homeless man to our house, I wanted to let him have a shower, and then give him a warm meal, and send him off with some clean clothes my father had in the wardrobe. 

That’s a dream I still haven’t completed. But the other day I was going through my Facebook wall and I saw the picture of this stranger hugging a homeless women. I got interested and began to read what the big fuzz and over a million likes were about. She had gone to a restaurant with her boyfriend for dinner and there was a homeless women outside asking everyone who was walking out for their left overs. She saw everyone ignoring her and as she left, gave her the left overs she had. But that made her feel even worst, and she went back to the homeless women, invited her to eat a warm and complete meal in the restaurant. 

After reading that story I thought to myself, what have I done to help someone in need? And I decided to go back into my library of memories, that since I had my son has become a bit fuzzy.  And remembered a couple of years ago one winter night I sat down beside a homeless man who had a dog by his side, and shared with him a blanket I just bought for myself as he shared his life story with me. I discovered that he had been a soldier, and after many drastic images and tragic scenarios he had gone through. Coming back wasn’t the blessing he hoped for. But that night I learned how important it is to make the right decisions, how critical it is to use your time and energy the right way, and how fragile and beautiful this life is. 

So if your reading this, make every day count. Because you don’t know where or how you’ll end up tomorrow. So if you can, pay it forward, and you’ll see how good things will find their way to your life.

When you hear Police Officer, what do you feel? Most South American Countries and you can also add the U.S.A to this list, will have most of it’s citizens grow with a certain hate towards police officers. Police Officers, those who are here to serve and protect “US”. An officer will go through a very long and hard process to get it’s position in Canada,  a combination of a physical tests, psychological tests, background check, interview, and police academy to say the least. 

Growing up between good and bad encounters with the police, I got to meet two officers that changed my life. They taught me that Police wasn’t just there to beat up people, but to protect our community by helping others turn their lives upside down. 

Recently I heard two stories that have played a critic role in the way I think, and the way I feel about human reaction. 

The first one, being of a volunteer from the community centre I work at that died after he had an “interaction with the police” as CTV news put it. He was a kind and humble man, with two son’s, a wife and a mother. Who will never wake up to look at life the same way, ever again. 

The second one of a story that was written on the TPSnews.ca page, about the Chief of the Police in Toronto Mark Sounders. Who slept outside for one night, on a sleeping bag and cardboard to understand what homeless people go thought during this cold nights. 

Two stories that at the end make you realize that we live in a world where its a daily gamble, will what I wear help me land my job? If I take that street will I get home faster? If I believe in the officer that is heading my way and act appropriately, will I get a corrupt officer who is ready to be violent or an officer who is ready to teach me a lesson on what I just did wrong?
