The pinto’s name is Dice, he was quite an accomplished actor, with nine acting credits to his name (he was even Zorro’s horse in “Zorro Rides Again”) and his own page on IMDb.

He’s a heck of a nice guy.  I interviewed him my sophomore year at KU for a film class.  I even got him to say “May the Fors be with you."  The week after the interview he sent me the above signed photo.

Here is video of my friend Gabrielle Boulaine. She passed away in 2010. This is one of her last performances filmed when she knew she was dying. I’m grateful to have been able to say goodbye to her. I’m grateful that she could leave all of us with this piece.
