He put his arms around her and held her close. “It’s okay. I’m here now. You’re not useless. You didn’t know what to do. You don’t  have to worry anymore.

How what? Yes, it’s me. I thought you’d be glad to see me.

I am, I am. *runs towards him and hugs him tightly, making sure that he’s real* I thought I’ll never see you again. *she whispered* I grieved for you.

“Grieved for me? Why? I’m not dead.” He said as he put his arms around her.
