BLUSH; as a girl with strong cheekbones, gwen always carries blush with her & makes sure to apply it on the apple of her cheeks so her face appears more rounded. she'll apply a little on her nose and forehead to make sure the colour reigns harmonious across her face.

EYELINER; potentially one of the most important parts of her makeup routine, gwendolyne makes sure to lay a thick and precise amount of eyeliner on her face in a cat-eye shape. it's her favourite part of makeup and she mastered it in her sophomore year of high school, and since then, she always puts it on.

MASCARA/LASHES; gwendy uses RealGirl by Tussy fake lashes and probably has a whole box full of them — she doesn't really leave house without them on or at least a pair in her bag in case she's running late and has to put them on in the subway. worst comes to worst, she will apply a few layers of Gemey mascara on her lashes — she lets each layer dry for a few minutes before applying more, but makes sure they don't get too clumpy.

LIPS; to achieve a soft, natural look, gwen uses a pink rose coloured lip liner with a CoverGirl lipstick roughly the same shade, and she presses a tissue between her lips to keep it on (something she watched her mother do, before she left).

BASE; gwendy has near-perfect skin with little blemishes, so she regularly wears a thin amount of foundation with some under-eye concealer. she uses powder to keep her makeup intact throughout the day though she touches it up every few hours. her skin is naturally oily.

gwen doesn't really ever do casual properly. she loves dressing up and by the time she reaches college it's in her nature to stick to her routine of getting primped and pretty, and in turn wearing a cute outfit to go with any occasion.

she likes tops that reach just slightly above her lower hip and she likes wearing many different cut shirts.

she prefers to wear off-the-shoulder shirts or sleeveless turtlenecks when she is going out for coffee or on a walk, but depending on the time of year she will wear long sleeved turtlenecks and patterned jumpers.

when attending a lecture or going to the lab she will wear button-up shirts or collared polos to present herself as more put together in front of her professors.

gwen enjoys wearing black & white or darker tones when she has to attend an event. she likes wearing dresses with short sleeves or dress shirts especially with suede fabric skirts.

she tries to keep in style even when she's dressing up, and if she isn't in the mood to wear a skirt or dress she will be found wearing a pair of tight fitting trousers.

when gwen has a special event planned, she will want to leave a strong impression with her outfit but not attract too much attention to herself (though that is kinda inevitable).

gwen loves patterns and strong colours like the skirts on the left hand side. she also loves patterns and statement pieces like the love heart shirt pictured!
