This is wat I was able to manage with help of lateral proximal tibial locking plate and posteromedial buttress plating.but wait😱u couldn't Hav the worst time to Hav ur C-arm suddenly stopped working even before a single screw was put. I resorted to old technique of using x-ray films after crucial Steps. Not a ideal situation but just realised difficulties our veterans orthopaedics used to face. Last two images are 2 months post op follow up.#trauma #orthopaedics #difficultylevel #surprise

And it was managed with #closed_reduction & #PTCCS by #essex_leprosity technique.... Seems good. Content with wat I achieved with #closed_reduction otherwise I was ready to do #ORIF. #orthopaedics #trauma #satisfaction #happy

#GSW shoulder with severely #comminuted #fracture #humerus head & fracture humerus shaft.head was beyond #reconstruction so it was removed #piece_meal. #Bullet extracted & shaft plated with 4.5 mm #LCP. #trauma #orthopaedics #gsw
