I eat pancakes almost everyday, who else loves this yummy breakfast food? This is a great way to get protein and fat to power you thru the day! Throw a ripe banana, 2 eggs, a scoop of protein powder, 1/3 cup of oats, and cinnamon to taste in a blender and cook ‘em like normal pancakes! I like to add chocolate chips or blueberries to mine.
