Third Monday. Yep; perfect description. This afternoon was death by meeting. 40 people in a room staring at me and my team. If I hadnβt run this morning, I might be looking at hard time right now. Only upside is it was 70 miles from the office, and I didnβt go back afterwards.

Sleep Sucks
Went to bed at 8:00am and woke up at 10:30am. 2.5 hours I am killing it. I have to work tonight at 10:45pm. My left arch feels really good and want to try and get a run in before lifting later. I have 8 days until my race and would like to get at least 2 really easy runs just to keep my legs loose. Like 3 easy miles. πππΊπΈπ
I remember working shift work! Sleeping in the am is no joke. Hope you get rested up for your race.

Nothing could be finer than being in the Carolinas!
Got my Bib number and showing the picture of Hospital Hill. Doing 5 miles up the hill in under 50 minutes. Then cross the finish line and immediately start Marine Corp Historical Half Marathon. Total of 18.1miles in all. 3 medals if you complete both in time or one medal for just doing the Marine Corp Half Marathon. I did the half last year in 2:11:02. Hopefully my foot is feeling up to the task. I will find out in 9 days.πͺπΊπΈ
