I'm still a little confused as to what's happened at the end. Friends that I went with said it may be one of those endings where it's up to how you interpret the ending... even then I've got no clue. Can anyone care to explain how they saw the ending?

Overall the movie was good. Music was good, animation was well done (many scenes reminded me of the Monogatari series - especially the close ups - but it is made by Shaft) although there wasn't much character development. I was definitely happy to hear some of my favourite seiyuus in this film however.

Not surprising to see Vegapunk connected to this, what surprised me was Judge had worked with him in the past.

It pains me to see Sanji losing to his scummy family again, if only the Vinsmokes played fair… of course they won’t.

Until we get more information, how I understood this was Ichiji to Yonji have been genetically modified by Judge but Sanji (so far) is declared a normal human being. Also, Judge brought up that Sanji had a mother but passed away. What about the other three and Reiju? Could this be related to why only Sanji’s eyebrows swirl to the right?

Plus, Reiju was not addressed when talking about the ‘outer skeleton’. Has she developed her ‘outer skeleton’ or is there more to it?

Chapter 203: The Wind Rises The match is still close as ever, Yamamoto proving he is the ace and not Lev. Nohebi’s Kuguri realises a weakness in Lev and takes advantage of it. Also, Nohebi showing the audience how to act like student athletes although some at falling for it.

As everyone would have guessed, Yukihira declines Tsukasa’s invitation. It’s surprising to see how selfish he is despite his sad, nervous behaviour. Fact of the matter is, Yukihira wants to be the best because of Yukihira style cooking and not the Elite Ten’s/Nakiri Azami’s cooking.

Erina returns to her classes after contemplating why Alice and Yukihira are fighting against Central. Soon enough, she and Hisako discover Yukihira and Tsukasa in the same room and just slyly eavesdrop. That ending, a declaration through shokugeki... against the Number 1 seat? I love ya Yukihira but isn’t it abit too early?

Okay, some plot progression we got in this chapter. Firstly, did Furuta really turn Shiono into pate? if so, gross. Sasaki unlocking all doors on the first two levels of Cochlea and he goes searching for you know who... Hinami. Also, when Sasaki said ‘Before he gets here’, is he referring to Arima?

Look, Arato is a good character and all - but I think we all wanted Hinami’s onii-chan to save her. Speaking of Arato, he encounters Arima... death flag? Plus that Hide and Sasaki/Kaneki moment. ‘Give my life for someone else’... another death flag?

King shows the true form of his spear, Chasteifol. He easily creates a deep hole and sends Dolor’s representative falling down. Again, he releases Diane from the vines and defeats Gloxinia’s representative with ease but in return, takes a toll on King’s body/stamina.

The first half of the story wasn’t really important imo. Maybe Dabi clone’s monologue had some interest in it, but nothing too much to delve into.
